Feeling Very Blessed!

We feel very blessed to be able to announce we will be spaying and retiring Luna. Last Saturday; before bed, Luna began to bloat which turned into torsion. Ozzie broke every traffic law rushing her to the Emergency Vet. Luckily we got her there in time. She had minor bruising of the stomach (internally), but no dying tissue. We were able to bring her home last Monday and she should have her staples removed this Thursday. We decided to spay Luna.

I cannot express the urgencies of our prayers as we waited that night.While this means her sweet Mommy days are over, we are overjoyed to be able to have many more years to just love her! It will be up to Adira and Atreus to carry on the next generation of Barlow Danes after they both pass their health testing.
